Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website or in-store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST @18% will be applied at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices, specifications, and offers without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we will contact you for confirmation or cancellation before processing the order.

  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted for in-store purchases below ₹50,000.
  • Advance Payment: For custom-configured or high-value systems (above ₹1,00,000), a 50% advance payment is required to initiate the order.
  • Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after we receive full payment (or advance as applicable) and issue a sales acknowledgment.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days for major cities and 7–14 business days for remote locations. Custom-built systems may take 10–15 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders above ₹40,000. A flat fee of ₹499 + GST applies for orders below this amount.
  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. You must inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will attract additional shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: You may return a sealed/unopened computer system within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
  • Opened/Used Products: Once the seal is broken or the system has been powered on, returns are accepted only if there is a genuine manufacturing defect verified by our service team.
  • Custom-Configured Systems: These are non-returnable unless they have a hardware fault that cannot be resolved via replacement of parts.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment source.

Warranty & Support

  • Standard Warranty: All new computers come with 1 year warranty on hardware (parts + labor) from the date of purchase. Extended warranty plans (2–3 years) are available at an additional cost.
  • What's Covered: Motherboard, processor, RAM, storage drives, power supply, and display panel (if sold as part of system).
  • What's NOT Covered: Software issues, virus/malware infections, accidental damage (spills, drops, power surges), physical abuse, or unauthorized repairs/upgrades.
  • On-site vs. Carry-in: Premium systems (above ₹1,50,000) include on-site service during warranty. For others, service is carry-in to our authorized service center.
  • Spare Parts Availability: We commit to keeping spare parts for your system configuration for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Data & Software Disclaimer

We are NOT responsible for any data loss or software corruption that may occur during system setup, diagnostics, or warranty servicing. It is your sole responsibility to maintain regular backups of all critical data.

Any software installed by us (OS, drivers, utilities) is provided "as-is" without any warranty of compatibility or performance. You are responsible for installing your own licensed applications and ensuring they work with the system.

💡 IMPORTANT: Before handing over your system for any service or return, please back up all your data. We strongly recommend removing or encrypting sensitive personal/business information. We will not be liable for any accidental data loss during service procedures.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Cancellation by You: You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. For custom-configured systems, cancellation is allowed only before production begins.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive a full refund in such cases.
  • Modification: Any change in configuration, quantity, or shipping address must be communicated immediately. Changes may affect delivery timeline and pricing.

All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from the sale or use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
